2017 Qld Home Modification Discussion Group Meetings
To be held from 10.00am – 12noon at LifeTec Qld, cnr Newmarket Road and Reading Road, Newmarket, Brisbane, Qld Australia
Saturday 4 November 2017 – speakers:
Lindsay Sandhu and Michael Riley – Anglicare – Funding for home modifications in Brisbane
Kay Rose – Novis – Home modification products including a new grabrail.
Objectives for each meeting –
To provide an opportunity for networking with OTs and others working in the building industry interested in home modification practice
To explore common practice issues
To share resource information and practice experience
To discuss strategic issues that need to be addressed by the Occupational Therapy Australia, government etc in relation to current strategic policy and practice issues
There will be guest speakers featured at each meeting.
I shall provide attendance certificates for continuing professional development use.
